DANINNANA INSTITUTE
Methods

The methods I work with.

An integrative approach - I draw on everything I've trained in, and only what I've lived, choosing what fits you rather than fitting you into a method.

Wingwave coaching

A fast, focused method for lowering stress and releasing emotional blocks, so you can think and act clearly again. It combines NLP with short bilateral stimulation - quick eye movements or alternating taps - and a simple muscle test that shows what to work on.

Autogenic training

A relaxation technique for physical and mental calm, according to Dr. Schultz. You learn a few short formulas, such as heaviness and warmth, and practise them on your own for a few minutes a day. Simple to learn, and yours to keep.

NLP & NLPt

A future-focused way of working that activates your own resources and supports you through change and difficult periods. We look at how you think about a situation - the pictures, words and feelings - because when that changes, how you act changes too.

Psychosomatic work

A body-and-mind approach that helps you notice how stress and emotion show up physically, and gently work with that connection toward more ease and balance. It works alongside medical care, never instead of it.

Psycho-coaching

A blend of coaching and psychological insight: practical, goal-oriented work that also makes room for what's going on underneath, so change actually holds. Useful when you know what you want, but something keeps getting in the way.

Gestalt counselling

Present-focused, here-and-now work: becoming aware of what you feel and do, so you can make different choices, with more freedom.

These approaches inform supportive, developmental work - counselling and coaching. They are not offered as separate clinical or medical treatments.

How I choose

Which method, and when?

You don't need to pick a method before we start. In the first conversation I listen to what you bring and what you'd like to change, then suggest a way of working and explain it in plain words. One session often uses more than one approach: we talk a situation through, calm the body with a short exercise, and end with one concrete step.

If something doesn't work for you, tell me and we'll change it. The method is there for you, not the other way round.

Not sure which fits? Let's start with one honest conversation.
