I'm a psychotherapist working online via Zoom, in English and Croatian. Psychotherapy is for when you want to look deeper - at the feelings, reactions and relationships that shape your life - and give that the time it needs.

You don't need a clear name for what's wrong. Most people come because something has lasted too long, or keeps coming back.
We meet on Zoom, one to one, at a regular rhythm we agree on together. The first sessions are about understanding what's going on and what you'd like to change.
Then we work with what comes up: what you feel, think and do, how you react in relationships, and what your body is telling you. We don't only talk about a problem - we look at how it happens, sometimes right there in the session. That's where change becomes possible.
You set the pace. You can say no to anything, and I'll tell you honestly what I notice. Psychotherapy often takes longer than counselling because it goes deeper, but the goal stays the same: that one day you no longer need it.
I'm a Gestalt psychotherapist, and my qualification is recognised in Lithuania. More about my path on the About page →
Psychotherapy doesn't replace medical care. If you need a diagnosis or medication, a doctor or psychiatrist should be part of the picture, and we can work alongside them. If you're in crisis, call 112 or your local emergency number.
