1Who we are

This website is operated by Daninnana Institute, MB “Daninnana”, registration code 308096710, registered at Ukmergės st. 219, Vilnius LT-07152, Lithuania (the “data controller”, “we”, “us”).

2What information we collect

• Contact & identity: your name and surname, email address and phone number when you write to us, book a conversation, or enrol in a programme.
• Your enquiry: whatever you choose to tell us in your message or during a conversation.
• Booking & payment: details needed to arrange sessions or a course and to record payments (e.g. your name as a payment reference). Payments are made by bank transfer; we do not collect or store card numbers.
• Website data: basic technical information and, if enabled, cookies/analytics - see “Cookies”.

What you share during counselling or coaching sessions is treated as confidential and is not published or shared, within the limits of the law.

3Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To respond to you and arrange a first conversation - our legitimate interest and steps taken at your request.
• To provide our services (counselling, coaching, education) and deliver a booked programme - performance of a contract with you.
• To process payments and keep accounting records - compliance with a legal obligation under Lithuanian law.
• To send occasional updates or a newsletter - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary with:

• service providers who help us operate - email, website hosting, scheduling and our bank (Swedbank) for payments;
• accreditation bodies where relevant to issue a certificate you have earned (for example your name on an NLP Practitioner, IN certificate accredited by IN & EANLP);
• public authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Where any provider is located outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact data only as long as needed to help you, and accounting records for as long as required by Lithuanian accounting and tax law (up to 10 years for accounting records). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to hello@daninnana.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, VDAI) - vdai.lrv.lt.

7Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies needed to make it work and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, which you can change or withdraw at any time. Essential cookies that make the site function do not require consent.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and keep what you share with us confidential.
