These terms apply to the services provided by Daninnana Institute, MB “Daninnana”, company code 308096710, registered office Ukmergės st. 219, Vilnius LT-07152, Lithuania (“we”, “us”). All services are provided online only, in English and Croatian. By booking a conversation, a session or a programme, you agree to these terms.
We offer private online psychotherapy, counselling, coaching and education - work that helps you understand yourself, build resources and reach your goals.
Not medical treatment. Services are provided as a private practice. They are not medical or psychiatric treatment within a public healthcare system, do not replace diagnosis or medication, and are not covered by public health insurance. Where clinical care is needed, we will say so openly and can work alongside your doctor.
Emergencies. This online practice is not set up for crisis intervention or emergency psychiatric support. If you are in an acute crisis, have thoughts of suicide or are in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately (112 in Europe, 911 in the US) or go to the nearest emergency department.
The first conversation lasts up to 15 minutes, is free and carries no obligation. Sessions and programmes are booked by email or WhatsApp and confirmed once a time is agreed.
Sessions take place on Zoom. You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and a private space where you will not be disturbed. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the agreed time.
Payment is made by bank transfer to Daninnana Institute, IBAN LT21 7300 0102 0570 2728, Swedbank AB (Lithuania), BIC/SWIFT HABALT22, stating your full name and surname, and which programme (coaching, counselling, or which education programme), as the reference. Session fees are due at least 24 hours before the session.

The NLP Practitioner programme is delivered online, in a group of a maximum of 20 participants. On successful completion - including attendance and the final work/examination - and once payment is complete, you receive the NLP Practitioner, IN certificate, accredited by IN & EANLP. We may adjust dates or session details where necessary and will inform participants in good time.
Course materials, worksheets and content we provide are our intellectual property, shared for your personal learning. Please do not copy, record, redistribute or resell them without our written permission.
What you share in sessions, and your personal data, are kept strictly confidential and processed in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and professional ethics. Confidentiality may be broken only where the law requires it: when there is an immediate danger to your life or someone else’s, or by order of a competent court.
To keep the quality of the work high, individual cases may be discussed in professional supervision, without your name or any detail by which you could be recognised. Group participants are also asked to respect each other’s confidentiality.
Our work supports your own growth and decisions; we do not guarantee specific outcomes, and you remain responsible for the choices you make. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service concerned.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We will always try to resolve any concern directly and fairly first; any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the competent courts of Lithuania.
